Problem Note 62032: PROC ACCESS fails with system abend 0C4 in SAS® 9.4 TS1M5
Under z/OS, SAS 9.4 TS1M5 abends with a message similar to the following when you create an ADABAS access descriptor using the ACCESS procedure:
25 proc access dbms=adabas;
ERROR: System abend 0C4 occurred in module SASXAL2 function YPMPSTR at
offset 6ACE3E.

The errors occur during the initial install of SAS 9.4 TS1M5 and the SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ADABAS.

When you create an ADABAS access descriptor under Z/OS, the ACCESS procedure fails with "ERROR: System abend 0C4 occurred in module SASXAL2 function YPMPSTR at offset 6ACE3E..." This problem occurs during the initial install of SAS 9.4 TS1M5 and the SAS/ACCESS® Interface to ADABAS.
